The School of Political Science and Economics invited distinguished historian Sir Richard Evans, President of Wolfson College and Regius Professor of History at the University of Cambridge, to the Liberty Hall on the Surugadai Campus to present his lecture on “1914/2014: A Warning from History?” Sir Evans discussed the importance of reconsidering history and war this year, a century after the start of World War I, to an attentive audience of 150 students.
