Notice of Graduation Ceremonies for 2014 Academic Year

The Meiji University graduation ceremonies for the 2014 academic year will be held as follows.
The limited capacity of Nippon Budokan means that two ceremonies will be held, one in the morning and one in the afternoon.
Decisions on graduation and course completion will be made by each school and graduate school, and notification of the decisions will be sent by post around early March 2015. Please check this notification for details of the graduation ceremonies.

Time:  March 26, 2015 (Thursday)
    
          <<Morning Ceremony>>
     The ceremony starts at 10:00 (venue opens at 9:00) and finishes at 11:00.
     School of Law, School of Commerce, School of Political Science and Economics,
     School of Information and Communication, School of Global Japanese Studies

     <<Afternoon Ceremony>>
     The ceremony starts at 13:30 (venue opens at 12:30) and finishes at 14:30.
     School of Arts and Letters, School of Science and Technology, School of Agriculture,
     School of Business Administration, Graduate Schools, Law School, Professional Graduate Schools

     * Entry will not be permitted to ceremonies for schools and graduate schools to which the student is
             not affiliated.

Venue:  Nippon Budokan (2-3, Kitanomaru-Koen, Chiyoda-ku)

Access:  5-minute walk from Kudanshita Station, which is on the Tokyo Metro Tōzai Line and Hanzōmon Line
     and the Toei Shinjuku Line.
      * Entry by car is not permitted.

Request:  So that we can hold a safe ceremony and because of a limited capacity at Nippon Budokan, 
                entry will be limited to a maximum of two family members accompanying each student. 
                Please bring the “Family Entry Tickets” enclosed with the graduation or course completion notice
                with you to the venue.
