Special lecture by three-star chef Alain Ducasse – “French Cuisine – Its Tradition and the Present Age”

On December 5, Meiji University’s Contemporary France Research Institute and the Headquarters of International Collaboration hosted a special lecture by the world-renowned three-star French chef Alain Ducasse. Titled “French Cuisine - Its Tradition and the Present Age,” the lecture was held at the Global Hall on the Surugadai Campus. The lecture was attended by more than 250 persons. Others who were unable to enter the hall heard and saw it on a simultaneous transmission screen set up in an adjacent multi-use room.
