Notice of the holding of a special lecture as an International Exchange Fund program titled “Re-Thinking Service from a Network Perspective”

Meiji University is inviting Stephen Tax Ph.D., Professor at the University of Victoria in Canada, to deliver a lecture on the orientation of research in service marketing for Japanese marketing researchers and businesspersons. The lecture will be held at the time and place noted below.
Professor Tax has achieved extremely outstanding research results in the field of service marketing, and is a proponent of the concept of service delivery networks (SDN). Dr. Tax will speak on his latest research results. It is the purpose of this lecture to prompt discussion on adjustment, collaboration, and adjustment mechanisms in SDN.
