A student of School of Commerce, Meiji University participated in the project as a member of the development team for Ichiban Shibori Tokyo Zukuri, a new beer product by Kirin Brewery Co., Ltd. The product was launched on June 7 and is available only in the Tokyo area.
Since the fall of 2013, Kirin Brewery Co., Ltd. has been co-hosting a course titled “Kirin Beer Class” in the Meiji University lifelong education program (Liberty Academy). This course occasioned implementation of this project.
