The 39th All Japan International Lightweight Rowing Championships boat racing competition was held over the three-day period between May 26 and 28 at the Toda Boat Course (Toda, Saitama). The Meiji University Athletic Association Rowing Club took the championship in two events: women’s coxless quadruple and men’s eight.
It was the first time since 2014, three years ago, that a Meiji University squad achieved victory in the women’s coxless quadruple event.
