The Meiji University Athletic Association’s Rugby Football Club held a meeting to announce its winning of the University Rugby Football Championship, at Academy Hall on Surugadai Campus, on January 30. The meeting was held to announce that the Club won the University Championship in the 55th All-Japan University Rugby Football Championship on January 12, which was the 13th time, and the first in 22 years since 1997, to students, alumni, parents, and faculties and staff members. About 800 fans of the Meiji University Rugby Football Club participated in the meeting to celebrate the Club’s winning of the Championship.
