フィールドスタディD(スペイン)報告会を実施しました

フィールドスタディD(スペイン)報告会【動画】
20132月、明治大学経営学部生6人、引率教員、および研究者が世界的に有名なモンドラゴン協同組合(参加企業256社、80,000の従業員、スペインでトップ10に入る大規模法人)の現地調査​​のためにスペイン北部のバスク地方を訪れました。

旅の焦点は、モンドラゴンのオタローラトレーニングセンターでの協力事業の管理に関する3日間の集中セミナー、職場訪問、モンドラゴン大学の学生や教職員、研究者との会合でした。このフィールドスタディでは、モンドラゴン協同組合の調査に加え、ゲルニカ、ドノスティア、ビルバオでバスク地方の歴史と文化の研究を行い、また、サラゴサ、バルセロナへも旅行しました。このビデオは、5月に行った和泉キャンパスでの報告会の様子です。

Field Study D Report Back Meeting (Movie)
In February 2013, six students, one professor, and a researcher at Meiji University traveled to the Basque Country in northern Spain for a Field Study of the world famous Mondragon Cooperatives (256 companies, 80,000 employee-members, Spain's tenth largest corporation). The focus of the trip was a three-day intensive seminar on cooperative business administration at Mondragon's Otalora Training Center, visits to workplaces, and a day of meetings with students, faculty, and researchers at Mondragon University. The trip included study of Basque history and culture in Gernika, Donostia, and Bilbao, and travel to Zaragoza and Barcelona. This video was taken at the report back meeting in May.
