AV Equipments Lending Service(for teahers)

AV Equipments Lending Service is available for teachers at Izumi Media Service Counter. Please consult us if you need these equipments.

Equipment Categories

Lending equipments

Equipments can be lent out if the purpose of using them corresponds to either one of these case as below;

  1. Teachers are going to use them for their lectures.
  2. Teachers are going to use them for preparing for their lecrures beforehand.
  3. Faculty members are going to use them for seminars.
  4. Teachers and students are going to use them for extra lessens out of the campus.

Application

You can make a reservation at the Media Service Counter. *Contact Info
Necessary to submit the Lending AV equipments application.
If you are going to use them out of the campus, please submit Using AV equipments out of the campus application at the same time.

Notes

  • You can borrow them for a week or so for educational purposes.
  • Please let us know if you need some cablese or connecters when you borrow the laptop PC.
  • If you need some support for using these equipments, let us know the date, the time, and the classroom number.
  • Delivery service is not available basically.
