With the conclusion of a new inter-university partnership agreement (providing tuition scholarships for international students) with Minnesota State University Moorhead and inter-school partnership agreements with the College of the Liberal Arts of Pennsylvania State University and the undergraduate and graduate schools of management of the University of Rennes 1, Meiji University now has concluded international partnership agreements with 228 universities (including inter-school agreements and similar arrangements) in 40 countries and territories.
