Notice about access restrictions during the entrance exams

Due to requirements associated with facility preparation and operation for implementation of entrance exams for the 2014 school year, Meiji University will restrict access to its campuses as outlined below. We ask for your cooperation with these restrictions.
 
 
1. Access Restrictions - buildings and durations
Surugadai Campus
(1) Liberty Tower
 
February 4 (Tues.) - February 19 (Wed.)
(2) Faculty Office Building February 4 (Tues.) - February 19 (Wed.)
Izumi Campus February 4 (Tues.) - February 16 (Sun.)
Ikuta Campus
(1) Main Building
 
February 4 (Tues.) - February 7 (Fri.)
(2)Area 2 Building - A (floors 2 - 4) February 4 (Tues.) - February 5 (Wed.)
* The University will make subsequent notice of any use of buildings for examinations at times other than those noted above.
 
2. Measures during the period of access restriction
(1) No parties other than examinees, faculty members, exam-related personnel, and other personnel given specific permission shall be permitted to enter the areas and buildings. Examinees shall not be permitted to view the examination site in advance.
(2) Separate notice shall be made at a subsequent date in the event of use of the Academy Common and Building No. 12 at the Surugadai Campus as examination sites.
(3) No parties shall be permitted to use the facilities of the buildings for which access is restricted.
(4) Students registered at Meiji University are requested to see the bulletin boards in their school etc. for information regarding the handling of student affairs.
(5) The Central Library shall be open, except on Sundays and holidays. The entrance will be changed during the period of access restrictions.
(6) The Izumi Library shall be closed.
(7) The Ikuta Library shall be open. Please see the website for details about the library hours and other matters. 
(8) The Law Library shall be closed for a certain period, for construction for repair. Please see the website for details.
