【Important】About Ordering Certificates and Transcripts

Due to entry restrictions to the campuses due to COVID-19, official certificates are currently provided as follows:
 
a) Issue from automated certificate machine. Please see here for details.
Please note that the automated certificate-issuing machines on campus are only available for currently enrolled students. 

b) Request by postal mail
Requests to the School Office are now only accepted by postal mail.
(Please allow one week for certificates to be issued.)

*About "通学証明書(実習用)", which you may need for teaching programs or researching outside campus, please see here. (Japanese only)

<Currently enrolled students>
*Note: The required documents are different for currently enrolled students and for new students.

〈New Students〉*If you have not received your Student ID Card. 

1) Copy of government-issued ID with photo (Driver's license, Passport, etc.)

*If you do not have one, you may submit the copy of ID that has your name and address, or name and the date of birth.

2) Copy of the "Student ID Exchange Ticket"
*If you have received your Student ID card, please attach a copy instead of 1) and 2). 

3) Fees (By domestic money order for the exact amount, or domestic registered mail for cash.)

4) A self-addressed envelope with stamps (The stamps should be attached, and the address of the recipient should be written.)

*Your Student ID number is written on the bottom-right corner of "Student ID Exchange Tickets". You do not need to write your class and number.


〈Currently enrolled student (except for new students)〉

3) A self-addressed envelope with stamps (The stamps should be attached and the recipient address should be written.)

5) Emergency contact information (phone number, email address) *In any format
* Do not attach a government issued ID that has your Individual Number (My-number). 
* If you do not have ID with photo, you need to submit two pieces of ID such as health insurance card and residence certificate.
