MIND：明治大学総合情報ネットワーク

MIND (Meiji Ｕniversity Integrated Network Domain) は、教育・研究利用を主な目的とする、本学情報ネットワークの総称です。
MINDは、国立情報学研究所のネットワークであるSINETと、インターネットサービスプロバイダであるIIJへの接続を通じて、広大なInternetの一部となっています。

本学では、MINDを利用した数多くのネットワークサービスが提供されており、またMINDの円滑な運用や、さらなる充実がはかられるよう、学内諸機関・部署連携による組織体制が確立されています。

利用上の重要事項

MINDでは、一般のインターネットサービスプロバイダとは異なり、「教育研究及びその支援」以外の目的での利用が制限されています。
このことは、本学規程として明文化されており、利用者にはその遵守が義務づけられています。

こうしたMIND利用の“ルール”については、「MIND利用上の遵守事項ガイドライン」として、各学部の便覧・シラバス等でも説明されています。

また、「MIND利用講習会」では、以上を含めて、過去の問題事例やネチケットなど、最低限知っておかなければならないことを説明しています。
