Congratulations and Welcome to Meiji University!

 Welcome to the School of Global Japanese Studies (SGJS), Meiji University! We are excited to have you join our SGJS community. 

Few steps before you start your study

 SGJS will hold orientations mainly online. There will be an on-campus orientation, so please check your schedules below and be sure you know what to do before your first semester starts.

Know your Schedule
Here is a summary of your upcoming schedule. Please mark them on your calendar and do not miss the required events!

Online Orientations (Uploaded)
【UPDATE】All new students are required to complete orientations by the start day of classes. Click the banner below and start your online orientation!

Step 3

Know your Tools
These tools are necessary for all students at Meiji University. You will be able to use them from APRIL 3, so you can log in as a guest for now. There will be another orientation called "MIND Orientation" to introduce you to these tools. You will be able to use them after you attend the MIND orientation. 

Oh-o! Meiji
Oh-o! Meiji system is your student information portal. You will most likely take your online courses on this platform. You will also receive important information and messages from the administrative office and university. You will be able to log into Oh-o! Meiji from April 3. 

Meiji Mail
Meiji Mail is your Meiji University email account. You will be able to use the account from April 3. To know your username to access Meiji Mail, please watch the orientation video "Enrollment Guidance".
