Communication Technology Laboratory

Wireless Communication is the technology that allows receiving or transmitting information, such as images or messages without using cable lines. In our laboratory, we conduct researches on modulation and demodulation, communication procedures or new communication systems necessary for high-quality and high-speed communications to realize “Wireless Ubiquitous Networks”. Keywords in our researches are Wireless Distributed Networks, Cognitive Radio, Ultra-wideband System (UWB), Quality of Service (QoS), Reliable Radio etc. In recent years, we have focused on Body Area Networks (BANs) and Localization Systems using Ultra Wide Band (UWB). These can be used in the fields of medical science and health care.
