International Double Master's Program (UTM)

Introduction

GSBA and UTM Razak School of Engineering and Advanced Technology

Purpose of Double Master's Program

The aim of the Double Masters Program is to develop globally orientated human resources capable of meeting the demands of a rapidly internationalizing modern society. In addition, the program seeks to train graduates who, through the acquisition of both engineering and managerial expertise, embody a fusion of the arts and sciences essential for maintaining Japan’s technological excellence.

Malaysia, an important stronghold for production in Asia, is swiftly transforming itself into a knowledge intensive manufacturing nation. GSBA students taking part on the program are certain to gain irreplaceable experience from their time spent living and studying at UTM Razak School.

Students acquire the required number of credits for attaining the two master’s degrees through attending the intensive courses given in Malaysia, joint accreditation of Meiji courses with the Razak School, and the remote learning and supervision provided by Razak School professors over the web. Once students have decided their research topics, they will receive joint-supervision from both a GSBA and Razak School professor and produce a unique thesis which incorporates distinct business administration and business engineering perspectives on their chosen field.
