International Business Program

International Business Program (IBP)

The International Business Program ( IBP ) is the short term study abroad program for one of the practical subjects of The School of Business Administration. IBP started as a foreign language training course in 2002, and over 300 students have participated since then. The 2010 program will be carried out in the U.S., and Australia. IBP gives the opportunity for students to visit local corporations and to attend business course of each university. This is one of the characteristics of IBP, not only for study English intensively but also for learning about business or management. All students stay in local homes during the program for the purpose of experiencing their lifestyle, culture and customs, The School of Business Administration promotes internationalization with a focus on global human resources development. IBP starts to offer credit as regular subjects from 2010. IBP will be a good opportunity for students to improve international understanding, and it will be a step for the longer course of studying abroad.
