APC exemption
APC exemption based on a transformative agreement (Read & Publish Agreement)
The Library has agreements (Transformative Agreement/Read & Publish Agreement) that combines e-journal subscription fees and Open Access publication fees.
Under this agreement, members of the University are exempt from APC (Article Publishing Charges, article submission fees). Please refer to the following pages for details of support by publisher.
