Application Process

1. 【Online Application】
Please apply online from the website below. After applying, a reply will be automatically sent to your e-mail address. If you do not receive a reply, please contact mjlp@meiji.ac.jp.

 

2. 【Notification of Application Result】
If your application is accepted, we will email you an information about online test.
 

3. 【Taking Japanese Online Test】
Participants are required to take Japanese Online Test (*) for level check within one week after receiving the email.  The information about the test will be sent to the email address registered upon application.
(*)The Japanese Online Test is different from the Japanese Level Check Quiz which was taken when applied.

4.【Notification of Participating Class】
Based on the results of the online test, we will inform whether you are accepted or not by the end of July.

5.【Payment for the Program】
Please make a payment within three days after receiving the notification of participating class.
 

Cancellation Policy

Please be advised that once your application has been accepted and you have paid the fee, the following cancellation policy applies.
Cancellation is accepted ONLY by email. 
Refund is made as follows depending on cancellation day.

On/before 24:00, August 5 (Fri), 2022【JST】 : 100% of the fees will be refunded.
On/after August 6 (Sat), 2022【JST】 : No refund will be made.
 
- The cancellation policy applies for any reason whatsoever.
- Any handling or service fees incurred for refunding the fee will be borne by the applicant.
- Please anticipate 2-3 months until your program fees are reimbursed.
