Exchange students enjoy interacting with elementary school students
On June 14, international students from the School of Global Japanese Studies and members of the GJS Student Committee visited Tohnoyama Elementary School in Nakano Ward, Tokyo. The students enjoyed talking and interacting with around 60 students of the fifth grade of the school and playing traditional Japanese games together. The event was one of several planned by the Committee to support international exchange students and promote exchange with Japanese students. This was the second elementary school the Committee has visited after carrying out a similar visit in February this year to Midorino Elementary School, which is also located in Nakano Ward, Tokyo.
