Program Fees

Professional/Other 104,000 yen
Basically, program fee includes only course-related fee such as, tuition fee, travel expenses for field trips*, course materials, welcome & farewell parties, course completion certificates and registration.
*When having a field trip in the afternoon, we will break up on the spot in principle. So, the return ticket is not provided.
Items NOT included in Program Fee:
- Airfare to and from your home country
- Travel expense to and from airport
- Travel Insurance**
- Accommodation
- Meals
- Transportation cost
- Any other personal expense
**All participants must buy a personal travel insurance for the entire duration of the program.
How to Pay
- Read the payment instruction provided with an acceptance notification carefully.
- Make a full payment of your program fee by the due date. We don’t accept a partial payment.
- Prepare a valid credit card with your name for your payment. We only can accept a credit card payment.
Cancellation Policy
Participants who wish to cancel and receive a full refund of the program fee, they must submit a written (email) cancellation request by the Cancellation deadline.
Cancellation Deadline: June 18, 2020 (11:59 PM, JST)
Please be advised that once the application is accepted, the following cancellation policy will apply.
- In order to receive a refund, a cancellation request must be received no later than the cancellation deadline.
- No refund will be made for any reasons after the deadline including medical, personal family business or other.
- Only a full refund can be made. (We don’t issue a partial refund.)
- A refund will be issued to the credit account used for payment.
- Program fee waivers are not available.
