2010- present  Senior Curator of the Odawara Castle Museum

Main research area of science is Pleistocene and Palaeolithic archaeology.
Reconstruction of Palaeolithic chronology, and the research of changing aspects of obsidian exploitation in Sagamino Upland area.
Re-examination of lithic industries specifically on the lowermost Tachikawa-roam stratum X in the emergence period of early Upper Palaeolithic of the Japanese Islands.
