"I found it especially intriguing to learn about how leadership is not just about holding a position, but about living with strong principles that guide us throughout every stage of life. Also I was curious to find out what it really is to have leadership, and how important it is to pursue our passions with commitment. I was most inspired by the passage where you mentioned how important it is to put your full effort into something you are passionate about. That hit me on a personal level because I feel discouraged when I notice gifted people succeeding without really working that hard. Your words reminded me that genuine effort and dedication mean much more in the long run. "(S・Yさん)

"The words that impressed me the most were “Keep the best effort everyday” and “There’s no shortcuts at all.” Through your lecture, I was able to reflect deeply on my role as the vice president of the student council. Since I was chosen by the students, I felt again that I must work hard to keep the promises I made. I strongly feel that instead of looking for shortcuts, I must continue to make steady efforts everyday to achieve my goals. I also learned that it is important not to try to handle everything on my own, but to seek help and cooperate with others when necessary.

Additionally, the group discussion with university students was a valuable experience. I could see how seriously they are thinking about their future, and it motivated me a lot. I don’t usually have a chance to talk with university students, so this opportunity was especially meaningful for me. I was inspired to think more seriously about my own future and how I should act from now on."(S・Kさん)
