Nakano House is designed for children in grades 4–6 of elementary school, who live in Nakano Ward, have roots in other countries, and feel apprehension about learning in Japanese. It not only provides an opportunity for learning while asking questions together with peers in a similar situation but also functions as an open-activity place where the children can come for recreation.
