Meiji University hosted the first Model United Nations Workshop in Tokyo, Japan) together with the United Nations (UN) over the period November 22–24 on the Surugadai Campus. This was the first time that the MUN Workshop was held in Japan. The Workshop attracted the participation of a total of 150 students and teachers from countries and regions around the world, including Africa, Asia, Europe, and the Americas.
