On March 7, President Rudolf Mellinghoff of the Federal Fiscal Court of Germany paid a courtesy call on Meiji University President Kenichi Fukumiya.Mr. Mellinghoff subsequently also lectured on the subject of tax law and tax criminal law rules and boundaries at a seminar held by the German Constitution Judicial Precedents Research Group. This seminar was held at the Global Front on the Surugadai Campus.
