On December 6, the Meiji University Athletic Association’s Rugby Club defeated Waseda University by a score of 32–24 in the final match of the Kanto University Rugby Games. The match was held at Chichibunomiya Rugby Stadium. With a record of six wins and one loss this season, the Meiji University Rugby Football Club finished in first place, tied with Teikyo University, for the first time in three years.
