Cancellation of the Issuing of Student ID Cards to New Students
In light of the situation regarding the spread of novel coronavirus infections (COVID-19) in the Tokyo area over the past few days, we have decided to discontinue the issuing of Student ID Cards as originally scheduled for the period April 1 to 4, as a matter of urgency. Instead, Student ID Cards will be mailed in sequence to the address of each student as indicated in their admission documents by around April 10. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to students and we ask for your understanding in the present difficult situation.
There may also be changes to the various guidance dates for new students. This information will be announced as decisions are made on our website. Please continue to check the information provided by your department.
