In order to prevent the spread of the new coronavirus infection, we would like to announce the following changes to the fall graduation ceremony and to the method of awarding degrees for the academic year 2021.

The following changes will be made to the method of holding the Fall Graduation Ceremony.
Only student representatives will attend the ceremony, which will be held on a reduced scale. The ceremony will be held on a smaller scale with only student representatives in attendance. (Student representatives will be notified separately.)

We regret that we are unable to invite the September 2021 graduates to the venue. However, we have made this decision based on our top priority of preventing the spread of the new coronavirus infection, and we ask for your understanding.

Your faculty/graduate school has informed you of the decision to graduate or complete your studies. Notification was sent via the Oh-o! Meiji system in late August or early September.
