[Graduate School of Agriculture] A review article authored by YAGYU Mako was published in the British academic journal Journal of Experimental Botany: Darwin Reviews

A review article authored by YAGYU Mako, a first-year doctoral student in the Laboratory of Environmental Response Organelle Biology (Professor YOSHIMOTO Koki), Life Sciences Program, Graduate School of Agriculture and a research associate at the School of Agriculture, was published in the British academic journal Journal of Experimental Botany: Darwin Reviews.
This paper was invited for contribution to the most prestigious review series Darwin Reviews in the British academic journal Journal of Experimental Botany. In Darwin Reviews, topics from the most progressive research areas are thoughtfully selected, and authors are invited based on their expertise and long-standing reputation. In this review article, YAGYU Mako serves as the first author and explains the mechanism of autophagy in plants and its physiological significance with the latest data.
