CHIBA Yuto (PD, Research Fellow of the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science) , a member of the Laboratory of Plant Nematology, Department of Agriculture (Associate Professor SHINYA Ryoji), delivered an oral presentation at the Future of Nematode Research 2025, held at Nara Women’s University on August 20–21, 2025.
Based on votes from fellow participants, CHIBA was honored with the Next Leader Award, which recognizes outstanding young researchers expected to play a leading role in the future of nematode research.
