[School of Science and Technology] Mathematical Optimization Laboratory (Professor IIDUKA Hideaki) paper wins Best Paper Runner-Up Award at ACML 2025

The Mathematical Optimization Laboratory, led by Professor IIDUKA Hideaki, received the Best Paper Runner-Up Award at the prestigious international conference The 17th Asian Conference on Machine Learning (ACML2025), held in Taipei, Taiwan, from December 9 -12, 2025.

A total of 375 papers were submitted to ACML2025, of which 107 were accepted (acceptance rate: approximately 28.5%). The award-winning papers were among the top 9 papers that received an average review score of 3.75 or higher out of 4. After a rigorous evaluation by the ACML2025 program committee, one paper was selected for the Best Paper Award and one paper for the Best Paper Runner-Up Award.
