The FY 2025 Dean of Students’ Award Ceremony, which honors students who have demonstrated outstanding achievements and served as role models for their peers through extracurricular activities, was held on December 19 at Academy Common on the Surugadai Campus.

The Dean of Students’ Award Ceremony was previously held as a victory report meeting for varsity athletic teams; however, beginning in FY 2023, it was expanded into an award program recognizing the efforts of all students. This year, 17 groups and individuals who achieved excellent results during their enrollment were honored.

The ceremony was emceed by students from the Announcement Research Society and opened with remarks by ISHIZU Toshie, Dean, Student Affairs (Professor, School of Business Administration). Dean ISHIZU encouraged the award recipients, stating, “The Dean of Students’ Award recognizes the efforts you have made to date. I hope you will use this recognition as motivation to pursue even higher goals.”

Following the opening remarks, each award-winning group and individual took the stage one by one to deliver speeches introducing their achievements and initiatives. Reflecting on their activities to date, the students expressed their joy and appreciation upon receiving the award.
