A paper by Professor KUSUNOSE Hiroaki of the Department of Physics, School of Science and Technology, co-authored with Professor TSUNETSUGU Koichi of the Institute for Solid State Physics at the University of Tokyo, has been selected as a JPS Hot Topics by the Physical Society of Japan for its English-language journal.
Upon receiving the award, Professor Kusunose said, “Rather than first considering whether something will be useful, I believe it is best when the things I enjoy working on ultimately prove to be of value. I take this award as recognition of the effort and attitude I have been putting into my work. Encouraged by this honor, I intend to continue doing my best in my future research endeavors.”
