Two-Way Traffic, Left-Right Reversing Objects (Nippu Encouragement Award-winning work)
SUGIHARA Kokichi (Distinguished Professor Emeritus, Meiji Institute for Advanced Study of Mathematical Sciences (MIMS)) received the Nippu Encouragement Award at the 73rd Nipputen Exhibition.
Three 3D optical illusion works were selected for the exhibition, and one of them was awarded the Nippu Encouragement Award. The exhibition is currently being held at the Tokyo Metropolitan Art Museum from May 19 to May 27.
