Jan. 28, 2026
Nikkei BP Consulting Co., Ltd. held the University Public Relations Media Awards 2025, where our university’s public relations initiatives received bronze awards in two categories: Digital Content, and Video Content – Next-Generation High School Student Engagement. The awards, held for the first time with the aim of focusing on university public relations, received 189 entries from 84 universities nationwide, and 9 gold, 5 silver, and 12 bronze awards were selected.
The bronze award in the Digital Content category was awarded to our official website, Meiji.net. Launched in 2013, under the concept “Expand the World,” it has presented the perspectives of the university’s researchers clearly through interview articles and videos. Its structure, which balances readability without compromising expertise, was highly regarded.
In the Video Content – Next-Generation High School Student Engagement category, high school students also served as judges. The bronze prize-winning “Meijing Web Movie — Meiji Students Moving Forward Edition” is the concept for the interview series “Meijing,” which has been running since 2023. Its structure, which intuitively conveys the project’s worldview and message, was highly praised.
