A research paper titled “Identification and structural characterization of stereochemical promiscuity in a taste receptor,” authored by a research group including, among others, Professor ISHIMARU Yoshiro of the School of Agriculture at Meiji University; Professor YAMASHITA Atsuko of the Institute for Protein Research at the University of Osaka; MIZOGUCHI Rakuto of the Graduate School of Medicine, Dentistry and Pharmaceutical Sciences at Okayama University; Associate Professor TODA Yasuka of the School of Life Science and Technology at Institute of Science Tokyo (formerly Senior Assistant Professor at Meiji University); Professor KITAO Akira; and Beamline Scientist HIRATA Kunio of the RIKEN SPring-8 Center, has been published in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences of the United States of America (PNAS).
