OHARA Yui, a second-year master’s student in the Laboratory of Food Safety and Health Science, Department of Agricultural and Biological Chemistry, Graduate School of Agriculture (supervised by Professor Kyoichi Nagata), received the Outstanding Presenter Award at the 15th Functional Lipids Workshop held on November 1, 2025.
OHARA presented her research titled “Comparative effects of dietary stigmasterol and oxidised stigmasterol on cholesterol absorption and metabolism in mice”, which was recognized for its excellence among the presentations.
