[School of Agriculture] SAKAKURA Tomonosuke receives the 2025 Outstanding Student Award from the Japanese Society of Animal Science

SAKAKURA Tomonosuke, a first-year master’s student in the Agriculture Program, Graduate School of Agriculture, Laboratory of Animal Production Science (Associate Professor SASAKI Yosuke), received the 2025 Outstanding Student Award from the Japanese Society of Animal Science during his fourth year as an undergraduate student in the Department of Agriculture, School of Agriculture.

This award is presented to undergraduate students who are expected to contribute to the future development of animal science and the livestock industry, based on their academic excellence, as well as their achievements in academic activities such as conference presentations and publications.

At the 133rd Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society of Animal Science (September 12–15, 2025, at Gifu University), Sakakura presented his research findings and actively addressed issues in the field of animal science as part of his graduation research.
