A paper by Group 3 of the NAKABAYASHI Mariko Seminar (Professor NAKABAYASHI Mariko) in the School of Commerce — KURONUMA Igen, NAKAJIMA Yuma, and ITO Kento (all third-year students at the time of submission) — received the 2025 Outstanding Paper Award in the Japan Institute of Life Insurance (JILI) “Research Paper Competition Based on Survey Data.”
Titled “Do Psychological or Economic Factors Prevent Young People from Taking Out Life Insurance?”, the paper will be published in Journal of Life Insurance Studies, No. 235, scheduled for release in June 2026. The awards ceremony was held on May 13, 2026.
