IWAKAMI Mika, a first-year master's student in the Mechanical Engineering Program, Graduate School of Science and Technology, and a member of the Laboratory for Mechanical Function Design (Professor ISHIDA Sachiko), received the Best Presentation Award at the 22nd Joint Research Meetings of the Japan Society for Industrial and Applied Mathematics (JSIAM) Activity Groups, held at the University of Tokyo from March 9 to 11, 2026. The Best Presentation Award is presented to speakers who deliver particularly outstanding presentations. This year, only three awardees were selected from approximately 190 presenters.
