At the 33rd Workshop on Interactive Systems and Software (WISS 2025), held from December 3 to December 5, 2025, at Jozankei View Hotel in Hokkaido, the following research presentations received the Dialogue Presentation Award (General Category). The Dialogue Presentation Award is presented to outstanding research demonstrations based on votes cast by conference participants.
“Design Support for Material Composition Aimed at Physical Properties and Sensory Perception for Texture Design” by KOHIRA Otone, SENDA Chika, fourth-year students in the Department of Frontier Media Science, School of Interdisciplinary Mathematical Sciences, together with Professor MIYASHITA Homei.
“OpticDesigner: A 3D-Printed Lens Filter Design System for Customizing Diverse Optical Lens Effects” by YOSHIMOTO Takegi, OTOMO Chihiro, second-year master’s students in the Frontier Media Science Program, Graduate School of Advanced Mathematical Sciences, together with Professor MIYASHITA Homei.
