Use of Institute of Comparative Law is limited to Center Members, and Researchers and Visiting Research Fellows with approval from the Comparative Law Center Steering Committee.

1 Institute Member Full-time faculty members of Meiji University School of Law. However, Full-time faculty members of Meiji University Law School (Juris Doctor Course) or Graduate School of Law may become Center Members with approval from the Comparative Law Center Steering Committee.
2 Researcher Doctoral Program students and graduates of Meiji University Graduate School of Law.
3 Joint Researcher
Visiting Researcher
Research Promotion Staff as described in the Provisions on Employment of Meiji University Research Promotion Staff and Research Support Staff. These researchers are accepted by Meiji University Organization for the Strategic Coordination of Research and Intellectual Properties. However, they are permitted to use the Center with approval from the Comparative Law Center Steering Committee.
4 Guest Professor
Guest Researcher
Guest Professor and Guest Researcher as described in the Provisions on Treatment of Foreign Researchers.
These professors and researchers are accepted by Meiji University Organization for International Collaboration. However, they are permitted to use the Center with approval from the Comparative Law Center Steering Committee.
5 Visiting Research Fellow Persons who do not fall under any of preceding items (1) through (4) may be permitted to use the Center as Visiting Research Fellows with approval from the Comparative Law Center Steering Committee based on their areas of research and academic qualifications.
