Institute Members shall be as specified in Article 9 of the Bylaws of the Comparative Law Center affiliated with Meiji University School of Law.

Article 9 Center Member, Researcher, Visiting Researcher and Visiting Research Fellow
1. Full-time faculty members of Meiji University School of Law shall, in principle, become Center Members.
2. Full-time faculty members of Meiji University other than those in the preceding paragraph may become Center Members with approval from the Steering Committee. However, full-time faculty members of Meiji University Law School (Juris Doctor Course) or Graduate School of Law are approved, in principle, to become Center Members upon their request.
3. Persons other than those listed in preceding paragraphs 1 and 2 may become a Researcher, Visiting Researcher or Visiting Research Fellow with approval from the Steering Committee. However, Doctoral Program students and graduates of Meiji University Graduate School of Law shall, in principle, become Researchers.
