研究・知財戦略機構のLee, Hyunju共同研究員（受入：理工学部・小椋研究室）が、2012年11月19日から21日に大韓民国・釜山で開催されたGPVC 2012（The Global Photovoltaic Conference 2012）において、Best Poster Presentation Awardを受賞しました。発表した研究題目は、「Detailed Study on the Passivation Mechanism of O3-Based Atomic Layer Deposited AlOx for Solar Cell Applications」です。
