This space is mainly used as an exhibition hall. We display posters summarizing the results of academic and scientific research by COLS staff members and co-workers. Anyone is allowed to look around at the posters for free. In this space, a few archeological artifacts are on display. However, the Nagawa Museum, which specializes in archeological obsidian, is located next to the COLS building. We strongly recommend that people who wish to view obsidian artifacts visit the museum. The museum charges 300 yen for admission.
