Changes in the Handling of Certificate Issuance Operations under the reduced (level 2) Meiji University Activity Restriction Guidelines

As the Meiji University Activity Restriction Guidelines will be downgraded to Level 2 on July 1, automatic certificate issuing machines are scheduled to start operating as explained below.
Please note that the number of units and their operating hours have been reduced on some campuses.
Applications by mail will continue to be accepted at each office. To reduce the risk of infection, please apply by mail as far as possible.
Also, only current students can use the automatic issuing machines. Graduates should continue to apply by mail.
We sincerely apologize to companies and organizations concerned for any inconvenience caused by delays that may arise and ask for your kind understanding and consideration.

２．Operating schedule for Automatic Certificate Issuing Machines

Izumi	*1st floor of Izumi Media Building	Under Level 2 of the Meiji University Activity Restriction Guidelines Weekdays: 10: 30 ~ 16: 00 *Not operating on Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays (Including when classes are held on holidays; July 23rd and 24th)
Ikuta	*1st floor of Meiji University Center for Collaborative Innovation and Incubation 　1st floor of Main Building
Nakano	* the third floor of the low-rise building （Unchanged）

※The above schedule may change depending on how the Corona Virus spreads.
※You can use automatic issuing machines at any campus.
※Available only to students. (Student ID Card Required)　
※ If you need a securely sealed certificate, please apply by mail.
