- The School of Global Japanese Studies does not accept transfer students.
- Applicants cannot transfer credits from other institutions.
1. Application Guidelines and Forms
Please carefully read the Application Guidelines before you start your registration.
The online application period is: Thursday, March 6, 2025, 3:00 pm (JST) to Wednesday, March 19, 2025, 2:59 pm (JST)

The online application (including screening fee payment) does not complete your application. Ensure that all required application documents reach Meiji University by Wednesday, March 26, 2025 4:59 pm (JST).
3. Eligibility Screening
First, review the 'Education' section under application eligibility in the Application Guidelines. If you have questions or concerns about your application eligibility, for example, about a complicated academic background, please explain your concerns and submit the completeApplication Form for Eligibility Screening by email to <etadmissions[at]mics.meiji.ac.jp>.
The deadline is 2 weeks before the online application begins. Please note that it takes some time to review eligibility screening applications. For details, please refer to the Application Guidelines.
