This page explains how to issue certificates for current students, graduated students, and students who have withdrawn from the following Schools: The School of Global Japanese Studies, the School of Interdisciplinary Mathematical Sciences, The Graduate School of Global Japanese Studies, and the Graduate School of Advanced Mathematical Sciences.

Changes in certificate issue fee
The certificate issue fees were revised from Monday, December 13, 2021.

After applying through the website, print out at a multicopy machine in a convenience store or have the certificate sent to you by post.
Non-traditional students and students who withdrew or were expelled cannot apply for web application. Please refer to Certificate Issuance Within Campus / By Mail (Current Students and Graduates).

Certificates can be issued at the automatic certificate issuing machine within each campus, at the School Office, or by mail.

*If officially sealed certificate is necessary, carry out the procedure at the School Office.
