法学部

『法律論叢』は、法学部の法律研究所が発行する紀要です。その歴史は，1881（明治14）年1月17日開校の明治法律学校が1885（明治18）年2月に創刊した『明法雑誌』から始まり、その後誌名を変更して、1928（昭和3）年に現在の『法律論叢』となりました。これまでに刊行された『法律論叢』は、以下の明治大学明治大学学術成果リポジトリよりご覧いただけます。
 
HORITSU RONSO is a journal published by the Institute of Law, Meiji University. Its history goes back to mid-Meiji Era, after Meiji University was founded in January 1881 as the Meiji Law School. In February 1885, the first issue of Meihou-zasshi was published. Changing its name in later days, it was named HORITSU RONSO in 1928.
